Ok I know it has been forever and I seriously have like 5 drafts that I have started to write and just didn't finish.
I don't even know where to start.. It has been a about a month sense I last wrote a post and so much has happened. First and for most Ryder Michael Bullock is finally here. He was born June 17th @ 6:59am. He was 7lbs 6 ounces 21 inches long. Healthy and cute as can be. The surgery went very well and I was so greatfiul to have Josh there by my side. All the staff (minus a couple) at the hospital were great and really made our stay nice. After surgery we had visitors already waiting in our room for us. I was pretty much out of it, but I was glad to show off our new guy! <3
The day he was born is kinda a blur to me. I mean I remember seeing everyone, but ask me what I said and what was said to me and I am clueless. haha I do remember falling in love with my little guy the second I saw him in Josh's arms. Josh and Ryder were able to sit next to me while they were finishing up the surgery. We were both in awe. All I could say was "he's so cute!" We both just kept kissing him. At that moment I think I fell in love with Josh all over again. I mean I knew he was going to be a great Dad, but he just so amazing with Ryder and you can tell that this little boy is his world. Josh was glowing! He just smiled the whole day. And still a month later still gets that same smile every time he see's his son. I don't think Josh even knew how much he was going to love this little guy!

Layla got to finally meet her little brother the following day. She had been waiting his arrival just as much and Josh and I. Josh went and picked her up early Saturday morn. I was so excited to see her and introduce her to her new baby brother. She walked in the room a little hesitant, but once she saw her brother she said "Mom I wanna hold him, can I hold him?" She was so adorable. You could tell she was so nervous, but didn't wanna let us know. All she cared about was holding her brother.

After a few hours of getting to know her brother Josh and Lay took off to run some errands. I could tell neither of them wanted to leave and I sure didn't want them to either. But because life is life Josh had to take care of some stuff with our dog so we could have her fly to PA with his Mom when she went back the following day.

So it was just Mommy and Baby for the first time. It was nice. We cuddled and Mommy finally got some much needed sleep. But when we woke up we were both wanting Daddy to hurry back to us.
Lay only came to the hospital that one time so she was very anxious to see her brother again once we got home.

We were in the hospital three long days. We ended up being there on Fathers Day.  Josh got the best Fathers Day present of all.
A beautiful son!

We came home on a Monday and Josh had the whole week off . I was very greatful for that. It was so nice to have help and support. I actually recovered from surgery pretty fast, and I knew I would. After about three days home so six days after surgery I was just fine. I was all healed up and back to my normal self! :)
We all (Me Josh and Lay) just fell more in love with Ryder every day. We would all want to hold him all the time. He spent most time with Mommy bc I was only food supply and he loved to eat, but Daddy and sissy sure put in there time too! Needless to say this little boy is very loved!
Now it has been almost 5 weeks. Ryder changes every day. I was able to breast feed him up til about two weeks ago. We stopped bc we had some problems. I was very upset about it, but nothing we could do.
Ryder had a bad gas problem. Poor guy would go red in the face and push his little heart out. After a couple formulas we figured it out. The little guy just like his Mama is lactose and tolerant. Well we think, bc we switched him to soy and he is a much happier baby. Thank goodness we got it figured out as fast as we did. We hated having the poor guy so upset. Ryder is such a good baby. He really only cries when he wants to eat, or be held. Which he enjoys both of those very very much. He loves to have a full belly and cuddle with Dad, Mom or Sissy. Layla is such a good helper. Too good sometimes. haha  She wants to do everything. The second she hears a bottle being made or see's us set Ryder on the changing table, she yells out "Can I feed him?" or " Can I help change him?" Sometimes it is nice to have the two extra little hands, but sometimes she just doesn't understand that Mama can do it faster without the help. haha :) She still has her days when I can tell she gets a little jealous and wants Mommy's attention all on her. I try my best to please both my babies! :)

We had a great 4th of July. We spent it with Family and Friends. Randi and Jesse had a party in there back yard and all the guys enjoyed lighting off fireworks! Me and Ryder missed out on the show (scared the little guy) but we heard it was a great one!
This is what he did most the night! :)

Ryder is not even a month and a half and he has experienced a lot already. Most of it has been good, like family BBQ's, bowling, hanging at the pool, walks around the park, trips up the canyon and lots more fun times. But about a week ago he experienced his first car accident. No one was hurt, and hardly any damage to our car. It sure scared the life outta us though. The pour kid who hit us probably about sh*t his pants when I got outta the car screaming at him that my two kids are in the car and he better pray they weren't hurt. I think back on it now and feel bad, but at the time it seemed very necessary. Later that night Josh received a call from the kids Dad asking us if he could pay for the damage out of pocket, so insurance didn't have to get involved. Josh being the good guy he is told the guy that the damage was so small to not worry about it at all. Good Karma his way for sure! :)

I'm sure I am leaving out so much, but hey I am lucky I am getting this done. haha
I hope I can make time for more post more often.
Life is amazing and I am loving it.
We just can't wait to move! Not too much longer! :)
