Josh is 30! He had a great day. I planned a little surprise for him and keeping it a secret almost killed me. haha I came up with the whole story that I ordered him something and we had to go pick it up on Saturday (his bday) @ 12:30, then after we were going somewhere... He bought it! About 10 mins before we got to our destination I handed him a card that I made with a picture of a tattoo he has been really wanting on the front, and told him I wanted him to mentally prepare himself.. He laughed and was a little confused. He opened the card and his tattoo appointment card was in it. It was cute, I saw him get nervous right before my eyes. He even seemed a little confused. So of course I explained it and told him that's where we were going. He was so happy and excited! I did a good job! :)
It turned out so good, and Josh loves it! I have to admit I was pretty jealous that it wasn't me, but I am more than happy knowing I made his Birthday a good one! Later that night we all went out to dinner. We went to this awesome place where they cook in front of you! It was so yummy and it kept the kiddos entertained the whole time. I think I can actually say it was the least stressful dinner outing we have had. :)
I just had to snap some adorable pics of my adorable kids. I love both of them so much! I have to say nothing makes me happier. They are so cute together. Ryder adores Layla. He will just sit and watch her play. Layla is way cute with Ryder. She loves holding him. It is pretty funny though. Considering he is about half her weight she kinda struggles. haha I love it ... I can't wait til they can run around together. I can however wait on the fighting that I know is bound to happen. I am hoping the 4 1/2 year age difference will help with that. Ryder is finally feeling better and Lay is on her way. Ryder gets shots tomorrow poor guy. He is a trooper though, so I know he'll do great. Life is going good again. Can't wait to get back to Utah. Only a few more months! YAY!
