Easter!

This Easter was so great! We had a blast.
It kicked off Friday night at Aunt Nini's and Uncle Shanes house.
We roasted "peep" marshmellow and made yummy smores. The Easter Bunny knew that we would have a busy weekend so he stopped over there first and hid some eggs for the kids.



Saturday Josh, Lay and I dyed Easter eggs. Layla had so much fun. She spent about 2 hrs on 6 eggs. It was adorable. Josh and I had fun too. It has been along time sense I dyed eggs and I really enjoyed it. 

Easter Sunday we (Layla) woke up about 7am to see if the Easter Bunny made a stop at our house! He did of course.

After digging through her basket we headed out to the back yard so Lay could find some eggs! (45 to be exact)




She was adorable! She couldn't get to the next egg fast enough. She kept saying stuff like, " Oh, man that Easter Bunny is so cool!" and " Mama, that silly Easter Bunny must really like me!"
I was in heaven!

She could barley fit all her eggs in her basket!

Probably one of the best Easter's I have ever had! I had my Josh, my Lay and my sweet little man inside my belly!

After we finished up at our house we headed off to Josh's parents for a wonderful breakfast! That silly Easter Bunny even stopped over at there house for us too. Spoild us rotten! :)

Then we headed home for a nice nap, woke and went to dinner at Josh's Grandparents, and what do ya know that silly Bunny made a stop there too. He hid eggs for all the Grandkids to find! Some even had money. ;) Lay made out with a basket of jelly beans and about $10.00. She was one happy camper to say the least!

Another basket filled with goodies, by this time I don't think Layla even knew what to do with herself. :) On the car ride home Josh and I said " so lay, did you have a good Easter?'  She replied.... " It's not over yet, is it!?"
